Sound deadening mats

5 posts in this topic

Through a close acquaintance got a pack of car sound deadening mats, once sticking is done then would post the results.

If anyone has done the sound proofing in their rides, kindly advise!

I have seen similar things used by high end AV installers to make their insanely expensive systems even more earth shattering in its quality of sound.

What is it you are trying to achieve.?

@librankur the decibel level inside the Amaze idtec cabin during idling is 58~62db. I wish to bring it down, at least, marginally with these mats.

Did some more parts, sound deadening of my car, behind the wipers. Removing wiper assmy.big headache but I could grease whole linkage assembly and it would delay corrosion.
