  1. How to clean engine fins of bike

Hey guys I want to know how do I clean the engine fins of a bike. The spaces between the find have acquired some sort of hard brown thing and I am finding it impossible to remove. I tried rubbing it with soap water and also kerosene using paint brush but in vain. What should I do now. Can I use the all purpose degreaser from Amazon by wavex? Or should I buy some heat resistant paint and paint the fins? The find are powder coated black from factory. Please help me out.

  3. Any help for rookies? New bike owner here

I think this question has been asked a lot of times.... I tried looking up the internet but i was a bit confused, so here goes... I'm an amateur and i've bought a bike... What are the stuff i've gotta do to the machine to make it run at an optimum level? What are the stuff i should check for? and how should i take care of this two wheeler of mine? (P.S. Considering the levels of techiness out here, it would be nice if i got an answer in a layman's language....) Thanks in advance... (P.P.S mine is a simple non-gear bike... do be kind enough to consider this humble question).
  4. Looks like duty hike is prompting everyone to go the CKD route. Honda is the latest to join that club. Honda already sells the CB1000R, CBR1000RR Fireblade, VFR1200F and VT 1300 CX (Fury) in the Indian market, all of which are brought down via the CBU route. Just recently, the Indian government hiked duties on CBU motorcycles, resulting in these products getting even more expensive. Thus Honda is now planning to set up an assembly plant for its high-end motorcycles. Bringing bikes through the CKD route will result in prices dropping by a considerable amount, which will bring the big bike bream more closer to bike lovers and enthusiasts. Keep watching this space.
