The Maruti Vitara Breeza Discussion Thread

Recommended Posts

Thats a decent rendering. Here is more info from the ACI website

This all-new Maruti compact SUV will be less than four metres long, have heavily stylised and muscular exterior styling, and will likely wear its spare wheel on its tailgate. The YBA will be an even more compact version of the Vitara. It retains the tapering window line, angular tail-lamps and the ‘open-mouthed’ lower air dam. Obviously, some things have been toned down, like the grille, which is a simpler one with horizontal instead of vertical slats. Overall, the YBA’s look is a good mix of sporty and rugged. The wheel arches don’t have excessive cladding, the windscreen is steeply raked back and, thanks to a floating C-pillar, the glasshouse gets a cockpit-like look.

Like the YRA hatchback, this one will also use Maruti’s existing range of engines. As with the YRA hatchback and the Ciaz sedan, this YBA crossover will have to pack in a lot of equipment to seriously take on the EcoSport, so here too, expect a lot of equipment.

Looks stunning in dual tone colours. Alloy wheels and big backlite looks great complementing macho looks of Breeza.

Though Breeza lacks the luxurious feel inside aswell as outside of CRETA it will attract lots of CRETA customers to it's side.

Breeza is a promising product and looks like it will remain for long term in Maruti's best selling car list.

If we predict numbers, Maruti will be able to sell atleast 5000 to 7500 units monthly.

Do any body have the crash test details of Indian model Vitara Brezza.

As per Maruti Suzuki, it is first Indian car to comply with upcoming Crash safety norms for India, which are going to be implemented next year.

Looks like Kalyani Motors has launched a limited edition of the Vitara Brezza based on the VDi variant.

It features gloss black grille, smoked headlamps, gloss white fog lamp surrounds, ‘Brezza’ lettering across the hood, limited edition badging on the front wing, dual tone 16-inch alloy wheels, silver side garnish, black roof and pillars, blacked-out tail lamps and ‘Suzuki’ lettering across the tailgate. Inside, it gets faux leather seat covers with contrast stitching, fancy plastic trim on the dashboard and door cards, leather-wrapped steering wheel and armrest, and an OEM touchscreen audio system.

Looks like Maruti's working on mild update for the Vitara Brezza SUV. It's expected to get safety kit as standard on all variants along with some new paint options; but it'll continue using a 90hp, 1.3-litre diesel engine, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox.
