Nice pics. Were you present at the launch? Thanks for sharing.
rock star bike. Thats my next bike.
bikes looks very sporty..but i think it has got the same engine which we find in CBZ extreme..no othere features like FI , clip bar handles, oil cooler..but it definately looks stunning..when its launched? wht the price ?
The prices are 55,000 for the lick start ex-showroom delhi prices and 57,000 for the self-start ex-showroom version
oh my bad...i meant it to be kick start version
i think it launches today...any reviews have come up ??
When will they launch something to compete with the 220 pulsar? I think there are enough 150cc bikes in the market.
Ye they have already three of 150's from them give 200cc above people a choice atleast and not just adding fancy stuff on Karizma.
Hero Honda is at it again. lauching 3-4 different bikes with the same engine. not that the Hunk looks half bad, but man.....where are the 200cc+ bikes!

you are absolutely right..me thinks that the indian market is ready for power now....especially something in the region of 300cc at least...
my personal choice..bring the RD 350 back CYRUS432007-10-24 01:10:18
No dude what's the hurry with 300cc bike first give comptition to the sub 300cc bikes like P-220 then move ahead.
Well you have already wasted your three scraps ' date='you are new so let me help you can press backspace to erase your scrap.Look now even I wasted my scrap.[/quote']
come on rssh...hes a newbie..cut him some slack....
Does this have LED Tail Lamps and digital speedo and fuel gauge?? Thats something i feel is missing in Hero Honda bikes...
Ok found out from a Website. It does not have.. digital console In fact the instrument console looks very traditional.. lke what we used to see in older bikes...
Yes its true and like the previous 150 cc Hero Honda launch, I doubt whether apart from the cosmetics there will be any upgradation of the nearly decade old techincal specs. HH has become adept at launching many many variants with the same engine. Look at what they did with the 98cc Honda Cub engine- The CD 100, Dawn, Splendour, Plus- Minus, Street-Broadway,Passion and many more. I am forgetting many other variants maybe. HH should get more focused on technology based launches and not cosmetic touch based ones!!!!
another 150cc, oh no!!. we are expecting 250, 300, or 350cc bikes in market. Motorcycle industry lacking very much compare to cars. we are expecting like RD350.
HH has become adept at launching variants with a single engine. Look at what they did with the Honda Cub stepthrough- on came the CD 100 in 1985 in its deluxe and Standard avatars, then the Street, Dawn,Splendour,Splendour Plus- Minus, Super Splendour,Passion and maybe Ultra Passion and so on. The 125 cc segment has the Glamour, Super Splendour and maybe one or two more !! Thats what they are doing with the 149 cc engine starting with the CBZ, X treme, Y treme and maybe Z treme and now the hunk. Hope HH will offer newer technology and not only some new tinkering here and there.
Like I said, they need to give competition to the pulsar 220. We need a Karizma FI.
