When you say highways 70% of 2000kms, tats 1400kms a month, you definitely needs a car with good handling, so Verna can be kept away, that leave Fiesta at Top, but the boot is not that big.

So try Fiesta, if not satisfied,

Also since you said, usage at ouskirt, more GC means more happiness, so check out Ecosport/Duster.

My choice for more highway drive & more bootspace is Duster.

The sequence in which you have jotted down your preferences is the answer to your question.

I have driven all these cars ( Vento included ) on long errands and personally found the Rapid to be the best of the lot.

Hoping Fiesta means Fiesta and not Classic ,coz that i havent driven Classic even a bit.

I am sure your friend will regret his decision later .

After sale service of so called European car is below satisfactory n cost bomb to pocket. I refused to have free test drive for the car when I met people (owners) and herd their pathetic experience. VW/Skoda is very complacent in India and did not bother with feedback.

Nothing has changed in their service standard from inception, no corrective action.

AFSS and Resale value is least important for him...

He wanted to buy the best saloon within that price bracket...

Best in terms of ride/handling and safety of course...

Nothing comes close to a european cars...I emphasize thats my friend's opinion
