  1. I have been to all the authorized maruti dealers in delhi, noida & gurgaon for the fittment of rear wiper & defogger. All of them refused. With great difficulty I managed to install the orginal stereo of the sx4 in my vdi. After a month maruti launched it in the swift ZXI. The dash looks fabulus with the this stereo. I wish i could post these photographs.

  2. Not as competent as the 1.3ddis. However it does the job well. I have driven the fiesta d which has the same engine for 60000kms. Never faced any problem. Now the same engine is in the ikon. With better power to weight ratio the new ikon D is a great drive. Since u already have a dezire ZDI, u can seriously think of the new ikon D. I suggest test drive it first. Otherwise its a good car.

  3. ur first choice should be swift dezire zdi. 2nd choice should be ikon tdci. Both will give you a milage of around 18-20kms/l in city. Maintenance costs of the dezire are much lower. Resale value is also better of the dezire. However there is a long waiting list for the dezire. I think first u should test drive both of them.

  4. I read this in Vicky Blog:

Tata Motors as part of its 2009 strategy that includes an all new Indigo, Indicruz crossover and Nano plans to launch a refurbished/ facelifted version of its hot selling Indigo CS. The new Indigo CS gets minor changes in exteriors as well as interiors. The new Indigo CS comes with a re-sculpted exterior, striking new front grille, new bumper, new grille, new headlamps and chrome strip on ORVM. Beige interiors has become standard on all variants. New Indigo CS also gets an analogue clock.

    Does anybody have the pics?

  5. If u drive more than 50 kms a day you should go for the fiestaTDCI. I have driven this vehicle for 62000kms. I spent Rs.43825 on the maintenance including the tyres. Nothing ever went wrong. Fuel average was 21 in delhi. All my friends used to think that my fuel guage was faulty Ha Ha ha.
