  2. The Grande Punto is a stylish car. With an electric sunroof, a rear spoiler, sporty red decals, dual color leather seats and fatter tyres and bigger alloys will do magic to the car. Hope to see the new Punto Sports soon in the market.
  3. The Polo is study, the i20 and Figo looks stylish but the Punto is chic and urbane.
  4. Luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz India reported an over-four fold jump in its monthly sales at 403 units, the highest ever recorded by the company in January so far. Against 82 units sold during the corresponding month of last year, this is the highest ever sales registered in January by the company, Mercedes-Benz India said in a statement. The car maker sold 245 units of the E-Class models, 130 units of the entry-level C-Class cars and 22 units of the luxury segment S-Class during January.

    BMW X1

    The BMW X1 will tussle with the Land Rover Freelander 2. The BMW X1 will be available with a choice of three 2-litre turbo-diesel engines. The 18d can derive 143 bhp, the 20d 177 bhp and the 23d 240 bhp. A 6-speed manual transmission comes standard on the 18d and the 20d, while a 6-speed automatic gearbox comes standard in the 23d and as an option in the 20d. The BMW X1 is expected to make its Indian entry in mid-2010.
  8. Congrats!!! The Beat is gorgeous. I really like the headlamps and the innovative passenger door handles which are place on the C-pillar. Because of this design the Beat gets a coupe like appearance.
  9. The Etios certainly looks like a copy of the Logan Play. The interior looks very girlie-girlie The grille really looks hideous. It does not welcome you.
  10. This new car from Ford (Figo?) looks good. It certainly goods different from the concept car that Ford previewed in October. We just have to wait till March for the car launch to happen to see the Figo.
  11. Strapping a k-Series engine to the Swift is a good thing that Maruti Suzuki did. Last month saw the highest number of Swift sales in India. The Maruti Suzuki Swift is a reliable car that comes with funky looks.
  12. The Eeco is a true value for money car. The Eeco should be able to attract crowd.
