  1. My polo is back to workshop, 3rd time in less than 2 months. problem is not resolved.starting problem continues.No clues for them As reported in this reviews, no response from VW and only a lip service from Customer care. lethargic attitude.Even replacement won't suffice.

Glad that some people have accepted there is problem with initial production.Let me add some more.Cold start is another problem.It takes about 4 or 5 turns with diesel engine like rattling and noise. Secondly, there is greater risk of oil tank getting hit due to low ground clearance and finally,a case has been reported and seen by me that front tyre assembly has come off in one of the vehicle and people say it a sabotage but needs consideration.I am now scared of taking it on long distance. kannan
  3. Beware -polo buyers. Please visit any VW workshop and see Polo of more than nine months queing up for various engine malfunctioning.VW is silently replacing Engine head in all cases and compensating customers as a cover up.
