  1. Nice pictures DD and good to see you back again.
  2. The Octavia seems to tick all the right boxes here. Get the diesel with the DSG gearbox. Pretty easy to drive in the city and eats up kms on the highway. I would have recommended the Superb but thats a but too big for you IMO. Space in the rear of the Octavia is also good as well On the other hand if you want killer performance the 180 bhp 1.8 TSI is your best bet
  3. Hey there Hopefully this can help you out While there are many routes to Goa, here's the quickest way. Take the Mumbai-Pune Expressway out of Mumbai. Past Pune stick to NH4 going towards Bangalore. Stick to NH4, past Satara and Kolhapur. After about 400km you have to get off NH4 and take a right at Nipani and go past Amboli Ghat. Continue till Sawantwadi and then turn left for Goa. Total distance to Goa is about 550km and should take you about 12 hours. There are enough petrol pumps on the route, so fuel should not be a problem. We do not have specific information about COCO pumps. Use Zomato app on your phone to find restaurants. While seafood is popular in Goa, vegetarian options are available. You can hire a car from Myles, a self-drive service by Carzonrent. 6. Nicely done Akshay So far Toyota has ruined the classy looks of the Innova with the multiple face lifts that they gave it. Hopefully the next gen should get good styling. Very good effort by you. the window line looks slightly off though. Can you get us a rendering of the front as well if possible?
  7. Thanks for starting this thread Leo. You beat me to it. While Merc seems strong again this year, Ferrari seems to have made progress from last year. Though the championship might still be away, Im hoping a for race victories and podiums atleast. Mclaren still might take a while though. A week to go !!
  8. I wouldnt say a toy but yes less dramatic to look at for sure. But as crazy as an Aventador is, you cant drive an Aventrador everyday but on the other hand the You can drive the F12 to work and back on a daily basis I have driven an Aventador and while its the maddest car I have driven yet, its not practical. The new Huracan is though

  11. Theres nothing like waking up early on a Sunday morning to spend some time among classic cars which have stood the test of time. the VCCCI held its annual classic car rally in Mumbai on the 1st of Feb 2015. There were a huhge number of cars paricipating from a 1915 Ford Model T to a 1985 Mercedes W126 560 SEL. My pick of the lot was the immaculate Jaguar E Type V12. The event was a TSD rally which was flagged off from Horniman Circle in South Mumbai and ended at the Sofitel Hotel in BKC. It was a complete festive atmosphere as people across all ages enjoyed the fantastic automobiles. Here's a ton of pics that I clicked at the event from the display and flag off:
