  1. our country has huge respect for suvs....the newly launched renault duster makes strong case for itself...firstly its compact..solid..typical europeon looks are eyecatchers,,,,its pricing is mediocre..has good space..performance from 1.5 k9k dci motor...drivibility at low speed is good....and renault cars are benchmark for their ride quality.....when compared wit pricey xuv500 its better value....has a strong potential of bagging autocar compact suv of the year 2013
  2. our market has flooded wit many launches..accordingly maruti ertiga ticks all the boxes of being a pure mpv or luv......it has resonable space,,good performance wit its multijet diesel and petrol....as it is monocoque chasis adds to better handling...looks are nice...when compared to boxy evalia....huge beast innova....and the mpv of the year 2013 goes to maruti ertiga.....still any doubts
  3. As our market is coming up with new trend especially in value for money family segment cars.....mini or compact suvs are proving more sense than conventional high end hatchback or entry level sedans.. this can be revealed by looking at the sucess story of mahindra quanto..as ford ecosport will also show such characteristics like compact dimensions...boon for city driving...maximum space for hatchback money....value for money.as it would be launched with small displacement turbocharged engine like 1.0 lit 3 cyl ..power should be optimum with proper fuel efficiency...mahindra should be worried now
  4. this unconventional airless technology wil take its time to develop.....but i doubt that iy might show adverse impact on ride quality...suspension and stability....and in india where roads are full of potholes...ditches...this tyres wud give passengers a terrible nightmare
  5. amongst maruti alto and hyundai eon....alto proves better...hyundai has focused on sharp fludic design language in case of eon at budget hatchback segment....in this entry level budget hatchback segment...buyers want basic parameters rather than style. ...alto though down on style is more practical...efficient...and is backed by maruti brilliant aftersales service network....hyundai would have worked no current santro which shows good sales...and would have been their flagship model as i10 is...
  6. i dont think in india powerful costly hatchbacks are a success....firstly take a look at fiat punto 1.3lit multijet diesel wit 90 bhp on tap.. shown dissappointing sales....n hyundai s i20 diesel wit 1.4 lit 90 horses....same story....volkswagen would have improved current 1.2 3 cyl engine for better drivabiliy.. performance and fuel efficiency...or tried fiats 1.3 diesel formula as others did(marutis...tata...premier...chevrolet)
  7. i think the new saloon wil be inspired by the styling clues of kizashi as the current swift is......might be it would share design philosopy of next generation sx4.....under the hood it wil have k14m engine shared wit ertiga wit 94 horses.....n the gamechanger famous fiat sourced diesel 1.3 multijet with variable geometry turbo....shared wit fiat. ....tata cars
  8. maruti is really taken good decision for developing a new saloon which can be positioned between dzire compact sedan and sx4.....though..the current dzire is short on space...its hugely practical....n if upcoming sedan has good space......practicality....overal hood quality n refinement..it wil be a hit as ertiga is
