  1. THE FOLLOWING OPINION IS BASED ON THE REVIEWS OF 1.0 TSI ENGINE FOR VW POLO AND SKODA'S RAPID CARS. THE WAKING UP OF THE ENGINE i.e. THE TURBO GETTING ALIVE AT 2500 RPM IS I THINK A BIT LATE AS IT WILL CONSUME MORE FUEL AND THE AVERAGE WILL BE AFFECTED. IF THE SAME IS MAPPED FOR AN RPM OF 1000-1200 RPM AS IT IS PETROL DRIVEN CAR, CAN GIVE A STILL BETTER EXPERIENCE WHILE DRIVING THE CAR IN CITY TRAFFIC OR ON HIGHWAYS. I ALSO BELIEVE THAT THE WEIGHT OF THE CAR DOES MATTER i.e. THE WEIGHT OF POLO AND THE WEIGHT OF RAPID WILL NOT BE THE SAME, HENCE THE MAPPING NEEDS TO BE DIFFERENT FOR THESE TWO DIFFERENT CARS. ALSO THE ENGAGEMENT OF 1.0 TSI ENGINE WILL A TORQUE CONVERTER MAY BECOME LESS ENTHUSIASTIC TO DRIVE THAN A DSG GEAR ASSY. THE ABOVE VIEWS ARE STRICTLY PERSONAL BASED ON A DRIVING EXPERIENCE OF 1.3 MULTIJET SWIFT DZIRE ( FOR 8 YEARS) AND THE PRESENT 1.6 MULTIJET S-CROSS( 3YEARS AND GOING ON).
