Retuned steering and enhanced suspension gives the new Civic better handling while its new body design offers better riding comforts and more quiet interiors. It's Indian debute is still a mistry, but we can expect it in late 2013, as current civic is very dated & new Octevia is also launching by mid 2013! 2013 Honda Civic is also fitted with class leading features such as Bluetooth, HandsFreeLink, Audio, rear view camera, color i-MID display, USB/iPod connectivity, Pandora Interface, steering wheel audio controls, external temperature gauge etc. It also comes in with a marginal price increase of $160 across its entire lineup with pricing of the 2013 Civic LX commencing at $18,165. Safety features are at their zenith in the new Honda Civic. SmartVent side airbags, side curtain airbags, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning are seen while the new front end structures are specially designed to add to occupant protection so as to disperse crash energy. All this has ensured that the new Civic receives a top rating in crash test conducted by Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. 2013 Honda Civic Sedan and Coupe will be available in LX, EX, EX-L and Si models while Civic Hybrid, Civic Natural Gas and Civic HF are also available in Sedan trim. Though It's extremely wll-build & has top-notch quality, many of us even don't remember it! YES; I'm talikng about the Kizashi! It was launched last year because the largest automaker in India suddenly developed ambitions to succeed in the premium car market. The Suzuki Kizashi a.k.a Maruti Suzuki’s failed attempt to enter the premium car market is down in the dumps. To give it one final push, Maruti Suzuki is offering a whopping 3 lakh rupee discount on the Kizashi to lure the buyers during festive season. However, not learning from its previous mistakes, Maruti Suzuki decided to fully import the Kizashi thus sky rocketing the price tag. An import duty of over 100% meant the price tag was literally double the actual price.At a price of 17.12 lakhs, there were hardly any buyer for a car that is powered by a 2.4L petrol engine. The Kizashi saw a stupendous 85 per cent drop in sales in the April-August period where the sales stood at just 23 units. Last year, during the same period, Maruti Suzuki sold close to 157 units. Now, Maruti Suzuki wants to test the success by reducing the price of the Kizashi. The automaker also expressed its intention of making way for a local assembly if the price-reduction tactic works well. Don’t expect any major shakedown in Kizashi’s number because of the price reduction. Even at a price of 14 lakhs (after discounting the 3 lakhs), the Kizashi is very much overpriced. The 2.4L petrol engine put a drain hole on your wallet and as for the brand image, there’s isn’t much.Exclusivity – well yes! That works in Kizashi’s favor! Share your views on it!

Have a look at her! Being a truly global product, it’s only a matter of time before the Nissan Sylphy makes its way into India. If the pricing in China (Rs. 10.4 lakhs – Rs. 14.8 lakhs) and Thailand (Rs. 13.3 lakhs – Rs. 16.6 lakhs) are anything to go by, then we can safely speculate that Nissan will put this entry level luxury sedan smack into the D-segment populated by Corolla, Laura, Jetta, Cruze, and Fluence. The Sylphy, also called as Sentra in the US, gets a familiar look, thanks to a very Sunny-like, but larger chrome grille. The headlamps are sleek with LED underlining and have a slight kink where they meet the fenders. The side is characterized by a strong shoulder line and chrome treatment for door handles and window outlines. At the rear, the stretched tail lamps complement the shape of the headlamps. Overall, the design is clean and understated. The interior is all new and feels modern. At 2,700 mm, the wheelbase is one of the longest in the entry D-segment making space its USP. Setting the car in motion will be a 1.8 litre petrol engine with variable valve timing, generating 130 bhp of power and 174 Nm of torque. The Thailand version also gets a 1.6 litre, 116 bhp petrol. For India, the 1.5 litre K9K diesel in same state of tune as the Renault Fluence (108 Bhp) could be the weapon of choice. Transmission duty is handled by the efficient X-CVT, just like the recently updated Samsung SM3. India may get a 5-speed manual as well to form the entry model.The Sylphy is high on space and equipment compared to its rivals and Nissan is capable of putting cat among the pigeons with this car, but only if they get the pricing right!
