From the outside, the 2020 Daihatsu Terios has undergone a complete overhaul of its exterior design that hasn't changed over the years. The Daihatsu Terios 2020 now uses a 2NR engine with a capacity of 1,500 cc Dual VVTi, 16 valve DOHC. This machine is the same as that used on the Toyota Avanza 1.5 or Veloz 1.5. But even though you use the Avanza engine, don't imagine that its acceleration performance is the same as Toyota's low MPV. The reason is, the weight of the two is far different, friend, even when compared to the previous Terios, the Daihatsu Terios 2020 is 40 kg heavier. Especially in the gearbox ratio. If Avanza uses a low ratio, then the Daihatsu Terios 2020 carries a high ratio. Moreover, now using 17-inch diameter wheels for the R type, so it requires a lighter gearbox ratio. Not only the gearbox ratio, even the ECU settings need readjustment. Baleno RS was first introduced in the Geneva Motor show back in 2015. The Standard Baleno was launched at the time when Indian buyers were taking their interest toward the premium hatchback class. Maruti has sold more than 1,40,000 units of Baleno all over India. In India, the car will battle against Volkswagen polo GT TSI and Fiat Abarth Punto. The car is available only in the Top Alpha Trim. Baleno Rs is powered by a 1.0-liter booster jet turbocharged petrol which was introduced in 2015 at global spec. The original engine produces 110 bhp and 175 Nm of torque but for Indian Standard, it is tuned to give an output of 101 bhp and 150 Nm torque. Another big mechanical update is the addition of the rear disc brakes for better handling. Baleno RS is the First ever Maruti product to receive the new 1.0 Booster Jet Petrol engine.
