  1. I am using PULSAR 150- 2018 Model. I am a very bike loving guy so I maintain my bike like a new one. Regular cleaning before it gets too dirty, proper chain lubrication, check tyre pressure in regular interval etc.... I also have tool kit at my home so I do almost all kind of maintenance work unless there is a major technical issue for which I need help of service center. My regular speed of riding is 60-70 km.ph max on highway and rarely I touch triple digit speed. (Being a mature biker but adrenaline rush is still there) .Current Odometer reading is 22k Few days back I was just checking my bike and I found Engine oil level was lower than usual. Generally I replace my engine oil in every 2000 km but I was shocked to see this. Last replacement was done just 400 km before.Let me tell you there was no sign of engine oil leakage, no sign of white smoke, exhaust pipe was completely dry(generally it becomes oily if there is piston ring failure). I had a spare oil with me so I made top up and rushed to Service centre. But no satisfactory answer was found. It happened multiple time, and my mind was running like a mad horse to find the actual reason behind this problem as soon as possible and then to a solution for it. One day during my check I just opened the engine breathing Pipe and it slipped out of position as as if it was connected by putting oil inside it. I found the main culprit. It was connected to air filter chamber. Now my curiosity became higher and I couldn't stop myself from opening the arfilter. I Opened it and put my phone with Video Record mode to record the inside of chamber and what I found is this. (Pic Attached). Now I got the actual cause of the problem I was facing. But its harder to get a permanent solution for this. Scrapped internet a lot but found nothing and finally came here to get a solution. If anyone has a solution for it Please let me Know.

  3. The engine is a component that converts the energy from the fuel into the mechanical force used for riding a bike. Even if your bike has all other parts from the top-notch manufacturer, if the engine is not maintained well, then it's going to ruin your riding quality. With such a significant number of motor oils for a bike accessible in the market, it is a moving activity to pick the best bike oil for the bike. But at first, you should know that for bike there is always one grade recommended that is 10w30, 10w40, 10w50 and the second specification is apisj, apisl, apism, apisn. The api grade is for engine performance as well as its requirement. Honda Hornet 160r contains a high rev performance engine, and most of the manufacturers are nowadays recommending for energy conserving oils. These oils have low friction and more cooling abilities. The engine oils with high viscosity are not much energy conserving. The recommended grade for Honda Hornet 160r is 10w30, and you can use 10w40, 10w50, 5w30, etc. but you cannot put 20w50, 15w40 in this bike. The engine oil quantity is also different depending on the size of the engine and the bike design. Based on all these factors, you have to choose the best bike engine oil. There are different types of bike oil offered by Gandhar oil. You can select from them according to your requirements.
  4. Hi all, I would like to mention my experience on which engine oil is best for your TVS Apache RTR 200. First let us understand what grade of engine oil suits more to Apache 200. 10W30 is the engine oil grade for Apache 200. Also the engine oil should be changed at regular interval to keep up with good engine performance. Now coming to the brand of engine oil go for DIVYOL SPIN X3 10W30 and is probably the best engine oil in the market. If you ride at extreme condition then the engine oil should be changed at regular interval. Otherwise it would lead to heating of engine and reduce mileage. Special care should be taken during rainy season, regular break check should be carried out. Ride safe! and do wear HELMET
  5. Hey there, I would like to share my experience with you all... that how I struggled in finding the right and the best engine oil for my Hyundai Vitara Brezza. Since after driving for about more than 15k kilometers I was not quite satisfied with the engine oil which I used during my first 2 services because of which I faced several issues which worsen the car performance. Mainly I faced heating problem and also the mileage given by my Hyundai has gone down. Since it was my initial servicing I was totally confused for which brand engine oil should I go for. Then my mechanics from whom I used to do my bike servicing suggested me to go for Divyol engine oil by Gandhar. Since then all the problems related to heating and mileage was solved also there is an improvement in the mileage. You can get different variants in engine oil depending on the user manual. This is how I came across the perfect engine oil for my Hyundai Vitara Brezza.
  6. Been using several engine oil for TVS NTORQ still facing several issues related to performance. Now trying for brands like Mobil, Divyol..Also my garage mechanic suggested to go for it. Should I go for it? Would it improve my TVS performance?
  7. I've been looking for best engine oil for my TVS Apache but has not still found the best for my bike. My garage mechanic suggested to go for either Motul or Divyol and I tried both. Since then there is major improvement in my bike performance also the heating problem is solved. Should I continue with this brand and which is most preferable from this two. Do give your suggestions.
  8. Hello guys, Need help with a common question. My Alto K10's done 9500km and is due for a service. I have been reading a few articles about engine oils (synthetic vs mineral, benefits of synthetic over minerals etc). I want to use a synthetic oil for my car but I am not sure which grade to use. So,can you please help me out here?
  9. Hii Guys, previously I had asked whether should I use Divyol engine oil for my bike and so I did use the same for my bike. At first I was quite hesitated beacause using the same would affect my bike performance and to my glad I found drastic improvement in my bike performance also the heating issue has been solved giving me a decent mileage. Should I go with this brand or continue with other top brands in market. Do give your suggestion on this
  10. First to go with I regularly do servicing at regular interval and at proper service center rather than local mechanics present near me. Always keep your bike lighter in weight because while driving less power is wasted in pulling the excess weight. Get rid of heavier parts so that it performs better on the road. Always change the air filter this also plays vital role to keep up with bike perfomance. Performance exhaust helps the engine to pull out gases at faster rate. Use of engine oil is one of the major factor that affect bike performance. I prefer using either motul or divyol for my bike beacuse both of them are good to go. Then there comes checking the chain and see to it that it does not get loose. Hope you guys also do the same for your bike to keep up with performance.
  11. Hey... Recently I had done servicing of my CB Hornet 160 R bike from the garage nearby me. The servicing mainly included checking brakes for both front as well as back tyres which got fixed up and there was a need to change engine oil of my bike. Since it was my second time for servicing I hardly had any idea about engine oil. My service mechanic suggested me to go for Divyol Spin X4 20W40 engine oil as he had been using the same for his previous Honda customers and so I agreed to do the same. Now I found my bike running at its smoothest speed without any rugged noise and giving perfect mileage. Please suggest me whether should I continue or replace it???
