bhpcrazy 5 Report post Posted June 6, 2014 The S Cross was shown at the Auto Expo this year and Maruti seems to be testing it extensively. Here are a couple of pics of the car snapped in Himachal Pradesh . There is an interior pic as well. The source says that this is the diesel version Looking at the pics the dash looks very similar to that of the Swift Source

Jithesh 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2014 I hope they do a minor facelift on the Indian version before launch and make it look more appealing. Because the current face of the car is one of the most boring ones I've seen! I think designers nowadays are taking a yawn and not paying much attention, come on, design is supposed to be an art! Strangely enough, previous versions of some current models were much better looking!
Kuntal 0 Report post Posted July 23, 2014 Totally agree with you. I find the SX4 to be one of the boring looking cars. Its so dull and not that it's drive compensates for its sad design.

sid_sunny 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2014 This seems to be base model as there are no steering mounted buttons. I just wish they price it right as I think Hyundai ix25 will be costly than Duster and Terrano.

powermaxout 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2014 maruti suzuki has come up to a very great extend . the exteriors as well as interiors are impressive , for all the folks who miss day time running light are welcomed . when compared to other cars in this segment to which this car is going to compete, this car has edge over it since it has better interiors (compared to duster ) . as always suzuki wide range of service is again a add on ! tejasmehta990 4 Report post Posted December 28, 2014 Team Maruti Suzuki may have studied in detail about the product life cycle of "S-Cross" before launch and expected sales numbers but looking at the current trend and observation "Cross hatch" does not garner much interest among people. Look at Etio Cross, Avventura and Polo Cross. "Cross Hatch" are more of a lifestyle vehicles than vehicle for daily use or a status symbol. They don't fit in both the category. People who are looking for something different may opt for "S Cross". Looking at pics the S Cross it may be pitted against Hyundai Elite i20, Polo GT Series, Avventura, Polo Cross, Etios Cross and may be with Duster and Tarreno but looking at pics the ground clearance is not enough to hit off road like Duster or Tarreno and the overall look as well as interiors don't make any statement just like Avventura or Etios Cross. S Cross may be one of the another offering from Maruti Suzuki's updated product range. One thing is very good about Maruti Suzuki is that they are trying to come out of crowded budget hatchbacks and upgrading to something which is called as premium products.
