bluesapphire
i got Sms from Vodafone today..iphone 8Gb is priced at 31000 and 16Gb at 36100.. Its way too costly ..i want to know one thing if i get iphone from US or any other country wats the difference.. I can get it cracked here but i have heard that many features dont work after getting it cracked.. Is this so.. I want this phone and m not willing to pay this much high price for this.. So please guide me.. And about N96, like iphone they have also started pre-booking of it and it hasnt been launched yet but will launch soon.. Its based on N95 buts its updated and better and i have heard that its targeted to Iphone thats why they will launch it at same time.. M dissappointed to see dual Led flash with 5Mp camera on N96 coz Xenon flash is much better..
bluesapphire
But as usually all nokia phones falls like anything in price, this will also come down within 6 months so its better to wait..i remember i bought N73 ME @26,000 bucks and now its at around 12,000 bucks..Even normal N95 is at 21000 while we bought it at 34,000..E90 is exceptional coz its prices are stable .. Even Iphone will come down as its new so many people will buy it but then it will come down to earth..

No other mobiles for me..that too in Nokia i need series60 phone..So will keep this piece(Iphone) as Extra..
speed
.Speed i had seen ad of Dell inspiron 1525 with 3Gb ram' date=' 250Gb hardisk @ around 42000.. Check the website for more..i think thats a good deal and u also get 15.4 Lcd..[/quote']Thanks BS, Ive checked almost all laptops to the level of madness, but still Im unable to make up my mind. My final choice is between HP(as you suggested) & Toshiba, this is because both these companies have local service & support, whereas Dell works onsite & lacks local service centers. Regarding I-Phone, get it from abroad, it will be at less than half the price here.Unlocking is cheaply done & one doesnt lose anything in terms of performance. Nokia N96 is also good & I think prices would stay stable for sometime , if E90 & N95 8 GB are taken as egs.
bluesapphire
N96 will have 16GB Flash memory and not harddisk so good... And speed HP is good but still from the very beginning i told u to have a look at Toshiba..m Surprised that Toshiba have local centre and Dell is not having.. speed
Yes, DELL is only providing on site service, but a lot of people have advised me to go in for Dell. There a couple of good models in their lineup. Toshiba looks the best out of all these , but is low on specs.
trojan_virus
what does it lack?i think it has all good features It seems good , now for its negatives 1.No radio 2.No video recording 3.Only 2 mega pixel camera 4.No flash for the camera , nor the auto focus , not even the setting options 5.No keypad ( looking at the price tag ) 6.No video calls over the 3G network 7.No copy/paste functionality 8.No memory card slot 9.Bluetooth support limited to headset use only ( ucant shares files with other   mobiles ) 10.Web Browser doesn't support Flash and Java. 11.You cannot take out battery from iphone and if battery goes dead then you are dead as it can only be repaired by them . And still u say its good then i have no other words 2 explain how badly it lacks features.

I have used Iphone ( old version ) it just looks good . U cannot set songs as ringtones also. If cracked through Turbo Sim then u need u cut your sim and paste it on turbo sim and if u wanna change it into different sim then again u need to cut it . And turbo Sim is only successful Crack as its fools the iphone that the sim your using is of At&T . i bought 8 gb one from US . trojan_virus2008-08-20 19:16:

speed
@Trojan, Dell is offering good config. in lower end models, but in the higher end range others offer better. @BS, I dont think iPhone 3G has a secondary VGA camera in the front for video calls. Sony would be launching new PSP soon !
