Q(1) The tail fins were the same for 1959 Cadillac Sedan de Ville, Fleetwood Sixty Special edition, Coupe de Ville, Series 75 limousine, the 1960 Eldorado Seville, Sedan de Ville and Eldorado Brougham.

So i_see your answer as far as tail fins go is absolutely right. Its also the Cadillac Eldorado, which was first introduced in 1953 and evolved as you have shown in the lovely picture above.

The luxurious 'living room on wheels' nickname is however exclusive for the 1959 Sedan de Ville that cost $5498,had a OHV 390 cubic inches, V8 engine/345 HP developed at 4800 rpm  and weighed 4850 pounds.

adi1991 your answer Cadillac is right. The model details are given here.

Ans (3)  i_see  you're quite right . Its actually the Morris Oxford Series III  manufactured between 1954- 58 in the U.K.. In 1957-58 it made its debut in India with a side valve 1489 cc/50 bhp engine- the one used in the Landmaster. By 1960, the engine was changed too the 1489 cc OHV.

And answers to the Q (2) are awaited--

Q (2) This car company of the Rootes Group, owned by the
