Zavo 0 Report post Posted November 2, 2008 Eh? Come on.. it was a STONKER of a race..just coz Mclaren's involved.. does NOT mean that Glock/Toyota was paid off to do what he did.. Hats off to Hamilton for keeping his cool under such pressure... to Vettel for pushing him so much.. And my heart goes out to Massa... Lewis may have won the championship.. but for me.. Massa showed HEART!!
asheesh1982 0 Report post Posted November 2, 2008 It was obvious that Timo is going to lose out with slick tyres. But he managed to pull off till the finish is a great achievement here... Well he might get a chance at McLaren for 2010 may be .. a good driver with ....

5u3zEr0 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2008 Punishment?! What for? He stayed out on dry weather tyres when it was raining, that is why he was slow enough for Vettel and Lewis to get past him on the last lap. I don't think there is anything more to it. nbmotosport 0 Report post Posted November 5, 2008 Yup, i agree now. It looked a bit vague but after reading about him being on dry tires it seems ok. But still, last corner!! Hope Ferrari backs Massa next yr as much as they did in 08.
darklord 0 Report post Posted November 5, 2008 Yeps slick tyres on a wet track....maybe Schumi cud've pulled out something special doing that. Anyways, here's the Q&A with Glock. Apparently they gained a place with that strategy. http://en.f1-live.com/f1/en/headlines/news/detail/081103175650.shtml
