DreamTheCar 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2008 LPG produce higher emissions but it is still safer than petrol as LPG does not contain harmful substances like lead and sulphur that petrol contains. This makes the gas more environment-friendly. LPG also has many other advantages over petrol. It is cost-effective as the price is lower as compared to petrol. It also increases the engine life and ensures smooth and quiet functioning of the car engine.
