CYRUS43
This is a very well known car in bombay, and it has been featured in ACI years ago, but i never had a picture of this car.....Till 15 mins ago. A friend of mine calls me up saying he saw a monster truck in colaba. I ask him very calmly,"Was it red, had huge tryes and lots of lights?" Plaease welcome to the ACI fold....Bharat Dabholkar's Toyota Hilux.

Crazy cat
Tyres have made all the diff.' date=' any ideal about the cost of such tyres?[/quote'] I think it is because of the body shape itself. I've seen some Boleros and Scorpios with very big tyres, that was coming out of body by some 6 inches. But they didn't look this cool.
bluesapphire
Yes even i have seen many Safaris and scorpios with big tyres coming out of body, but then they were nowhere near a monster truck..This one looks like monster truck
BonFre
Yes even i have seen many Safaris and scorpios with big tyres coming out of body There used to be a Sierra in our City, the owner was an NRI & brought imported tyres, they were almost similar sized. Whole of the tyre would gut out & looked like a monster truck. Btw, I had the priveledge of TDing the monster, it was huge fun. Actually the owner had put it up for sale as he was going back & I had a common friend with him who arranged the TD for me. That was an experience of a lifetime! I never bought it though as the price of tyres was more than the truck itself, but I still repent my decision sometimes! There were 2 more vehicles, a Gypsy & a Mahindra Jeep with similar tyres, Gypsy guy was also known to me, those vehicles too looked great. Edit: The one in our City was a Maroon Sierra Turbo, was sold then, so clicking pics. won't be possible. It was bought by some villager, but shall try to locate. Durango Dude
It has only two door's and you'll need a small ladder to get in, like into your exec. jet; and then you can run roughshod on everyone else. It will be an awesome sight to catch this closing in on you on the OVRM with all Hella's flashing, I'll jus pullover and give him way. AMG1
In the first pic with the grey truck, if the plastic was body coloured, one can easily make out that's the new front face of the upcoming fortuner. This convoy is mostly headed to Nepal or Bhutan.
sb-alto
Correct, this is the only road to Bhutan. I see lots of imports everyday. Specially SUVs and pick up.
Sstar
wow....this seems to be in competition with Xenon XT if comes to India. What should be the price ? Any guess?
