Why was Autocar India not a part of jury for ICOTY this year ?????

I think it is the first time that Hormazd Sorabjee or Shapur didnt participate.Why ?

Autocar India is the leading magazine and Mr Hormazd is the pillar of  Indian Auto Journalism .

Why please enlighten me ?
