Recommended Posts

Small 4 inch speakers will cost you around Rs 900 to Rs 1000. These are usually for front doors or dashboard. 6 inch round speakers would cost you around Rs 1500 to Rs 2000 and higher range starts from Rs 3000 and above which are 8 inches oval speakers. This is what i can suggest,  let us know your budget and lot of other experts here will help you out. Check out these speakers in pioneer , sony and blaupunkt.

Thanks for sharing this info.

Types of Installation: After you identify your vehicle on our Vehicle Selector and select

the mounting location, you'll see which speakers fit your car. Speakers

labelled "E-Z" will fit in the factory speaker openings and use the

factory grilles and brackets. The magnet fits the available space and

the tweeters won't interfere with your grilles.

Component Speaker contains one or 2 speakers, a tweeter and a seperate driver where as in Co-Ax all are integrated into one speaker. Sound effect will be good in Component, as you keep the tweeter in line of axis, so you get better clarity( since HighFrequency aka Treble is directional)

Components: JBL GTO 608C should cost you 4 to 4.5k, the speaker size is 6.5" which should fit in your getz. These are pretty good.

If you want 4" then get Illusion components, They are the best in 4" range.

If you better SQ then try Polk components...should come to 5.5k

If you can stretch your budget to 7k , then get the infinity ref components.

If you can further stretch your budget to 12k get the Focal polyglass components.

If you get a sub, get a Rockford Fosgate a damn good 12" sub, sod cost 4 k now, 1k for a sealed enclosure.

Power the sub and the components with an Auditor rip 4 channel amp...this should cost you 7k. Its better than JBL or even the RF prime.

Regarding the sony speakers, I dint like the SQ, they are bit too bright. You can keep they or if possible try exchanging for any of these.

250watts two 4inch speakers(Kenwood). Enough for a normal music.

Go for a four speakers with two 250watts., and two 200 watts speakers for a little maximum rough use. Use subwoofer and sub-amp for getting punch bass....
