Really the real things seem to be:

*Bluetooth connectivity for the Stereo.

*Driver information system.

*90 PS power.

Seems this may pull some Punto customers too.

 

This one is spacious/good performing/has a boot over Punto at similar prices.

Last week when I went to Concorde chennai, the sales man tried to divert me to Vista, saying Fiat is bad with no hope on resale.

Tata seems to be on the verge of launching a winner. Hope the car does as well on the sales charts commensurate with its very commendable technical specifications.The 90 bhp Linea like output is really a steal!

Manza looks more proportionate than Dzire in the process of adding a boot. But the head and tail lamps doesn't look matching with the body. The broad back shows that Manza will screw the last nail on Logan's coffin being the broadest car in India. This will be the best car, Tata has ever made.

don't know its exact configurations...... but as per design....TATA is trying to compete with Honda City, Chevy & Verna by launching this car.......

also Chevy launching its new sedan this month...... hope to see somthing innovative & full of quality products from Tata & chevy......till now everything is secret....... smiley35.gif

Am impressed with names of the variant as they are already there in Vista too.

And @Sandy the 1.4safire will give 90ps and 1.3 vgt mjd will give 90ps. In your list its given as 76ps for mjd.

And @Rahul the pics are already out so no need for imgaination from other sites. And that looks cheap, seems that they are laughing on and insulting tata, shameless people. Atleast it looks 10times better that most ugliest car, the Dzire. I hope after manza, everbody dzires for Manza.

I didnt find side profile of the car anywhere. Its purely personal but the side profile is what I hate most in the Dzire, rest all is ok, not good, but neither downright ugly. The overall shape is awkward. So I wished to check the side profile. If you have any pics(side profile) do post them, or PM me the link

The design still seems iffy!!

The front looks too stubby if seen head on, the rear does not match the front's aggressive angles, they should have atleast played around with the fog lamp treatment, it is a carry over of the Indigo XL and the horizontal slats on the element gives the bumpers too wide a look.

The rear overhang is huge, at full load the car will look akward for sure!

Interiors are sure improvement over the original indigo.

I think the head lamp treatment needs to be changed.

It has got everything to beat an entry level sedan. As per the source the indigo will continue to sell in india so this will be priced slightly above the dzire as per my belief. The first good looking car in this segment.

I am impressed with the way she looks. She looks like she is gonna make dent in some mid size sedans too and not just entry level market. The interiors looks very good and seems solid too. And regarding comfort, i think they are masters in it be it space or ride quality and seats looks good too. Even the boot looks impressive and side profile looks decent. This seems to be perfect family car at price unlike their previous attempts. I think it will be the only car in its segment in which you dont have to compromise on anything be it space, comfort, build quality, interiors, looks, price, features, engine, except tata's A.S.S. I hope it will improve by time.

Also tata has make sure that they leave no stone unturned as far as promotion is concerned, till now i have 2teasers of Manza on TOI of full page.
