sgiitk 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2010 Good. What is the fine for blocking the road illegally (this should apply to all Dharnas, Morchas, etc)? Let us see then try and collect this from - you know who and his goons.
rameshbabu.n 6 Report post Posted February 8, 2010 Fine for cleaning a car on the road !!!! Crazy but sounds reasonably excellent on paper. But, what about the fine on illegal parking of cars, trucks, buses and lorries on the road ? No fine for such offences ? At any time of the day, half of all roads in Mumbai and Delhi are used for parking of cars.

designersf 0 Report post Posted February 8, 2010 Cyrus! you are 100% right. It happens when their pockets are empty and moreover, they actually book a case sometimes to show a record to the department. It happens all the time in Chennai. Its good to see these norms and hope they are adapted in every state and followed strigently

rugs_tachy 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2010 I understand people should not be washing their cars on the road. But fining them for making money is simply ridiculous.
