WagonR or i10

Recommended Posts

If i10 1.1l is BS-IV then you can Safely go for it.

(+) points for i10 1.1,

1) Better Torque spread at low Rpm than New W-R, so a boon for City driving.

2) Better Interiors(as you like them more).

3) Better Build quality(IMO).

4) Good FE of 18-19kmpl on Highways(as our RC, sb-alto got recently at 800km WB trip).

5) Better Dynamics & Car-like comfortable Seating Position.

@NAREN,

Appreciated your views 100% about the Old 1.1l W-R, but its new version lacks the Flexibility & Driveability, which the older one was having.

Agreed with Nishu.

Some more + points

1. better gear shifts

2. no engine noise in cabin

3. better Horn

But some points to be concerned of

1. poor lighting (headlamps)

2. not a very confident steering

3. skinny tyres

4. fixed headrest is not too good.

5. front seats are not that comfy.

6. Boot space is less (even less that new WagonR)

horrible AC

Cant agree. i10 1.1 has no issues with AC. May be the car you were talking about had some faults.

Both cars are equally good. Also heard that new i10 will be launched next month. If you can wait for a month and then compare both cars, you will be able to judge better.
