I have many people complaining about car being Noisy, but I love the cars that way. Even the Tyre noise I love. I actually go crazy on hearing those noise.

Last week I TD a new W_R, I drove that in second gear to max speed, its noise made me fall in love with that.

Same is the case with Puntos, One of the reason I love Punto is its engine noise, it makes me feel I am driving a race car. Palio also comes in this category. Most of Lancer( as most of them mod it with custom end can) also joins this LOUDness.

On a whole, this loudness marks your presence where you are.

Even in Bike, I love RX & Fiero, just for this reason.

Now say, which one you like, Loud/ Silent

Any PEtrolhead will like a loud car! That is precisely why most my cars run a high performance exhaust system

i have to agree with that. Petrol cars exhaust note will always be there in my heart. It just sounds soo good.!

Voted for silent cars...

I love hearing to good music while driving for long distances.

Silent cars do not drown that good music with their noises.

You need to compromise on that love when driving cars which

make loud noises.

Had a Header and side pipe setup for a month in my car.

Went near deaf with my own cars exhaust note, and the teeming "open silencer" Auto's of bangalore. With the stock setup back it feels good to be driving a passenger sedan the way it was meant to be.

No you don't have to compromise, you just have to get a loud stereo for your car.smiley4.gif

Plus on a long distance trip you will be cruising at low rpms and exhausts are not loud at those rpm's.

Loves Silent car for myself, but I loves the Trubo whistle coming from the Bonnet in the front while driving on Revving the diesels, especially that of Scorpio.

However, Loves loud/Rorty note from the Any1 other's car only, not from mine.
