IMO, Its not actually the i10 car alone which Impressed you, its her Bodystyle, Comfort & Driving convenience which Bowled you over it.

After watching the New face-lifted i10 today & being Impressed by its Agressive front looks, especially its Honeycomb styled Air-Dam & Triangular fog-lamps, what I can say is that you're proceeding in the Right direction.

But Practically thinking I'd advice you to wait for i20-II(VTVT), you might get best of both the worlds(Upgradation, Hi-tech bits & Big car feel) from her.
