My First 125cc bike (Help)

Recommended Posts

Hello.

I am a student staying in Hyderabad.I need a 2-wheeler as i have to commute about 30km everyday. I cannot handle the heavy 150cc bikes as i had suffered a froearm fracture a few months ago. Hence i have zeroed in on the 125s. The recently launched XCD looks quite good. Mileage is also an important consideration as 'Bucks saved are Bucks earned'. People do not prefer Bajaj here a,(though there exist a huge number of Pulsars on the road). HH remains the predominant choice.
Also Honda Shine is another consideration, but it is 6k dearer that the XCD.
Please Suggest.

There have also been opinions that the XCD's breaks are not strong enough, can getting the XCD fit with a disc (Probably from the discover 135 be a good idea)
Suggetrsions please
Thanks

Hello.

Hey Dinakar,

I am from Hyd. Take Suzuki Zeus 125 with Disc brakes, from Saboo marketing at RP Road, Secunderabad.

It exactly fulfills ur requirement, I am using Zeus since 1 year 50kms./day.

If u want other bikes wait a month to check TVS Flame, otherwise Yamaha Gladiator is other Good option for you.

Dont buy XCD, it dosent have disc brakes. If u want XCD wait for the launch of NEW XCD Sprint for few more months.

Unlike the current XCD, the new XCD sprint will host Nitrox suspension

and disc brake which means superior comfort and improved safety. XCD

sprint will also feature larger alloy wheels to improve the style.Apart

from XCD sprint, Bajaj Auto today announced that it will launch 150cc

Discover and blade 125cc DTSi in 2008.

Wait for

Auto

Expo 2008
