smiley18.gif  Honda Motor Co. is recalling 304,000 vehicles globally for air-bags that may inflate with too much pressure in a crash, send metal and plastic pieces flying and cause injuries or deaths.

Honda said there have been 20 accidents so far related to this problem, including two deaths in the
U.S.on> in 2009.

The Japanese automaker announced the recall Friday, which affects the Accord, Civic, Odyssey, Pilot, CR-V and other models.

The recall spans 273,000 vehicles in the
U.S.on>, some 27,000 in Canada, nearly 2,000 vehicles in Japanon> and another 2,000 in other countries.

Pathetic !!

What these Global giants like Honda & Toyota are doing !

For the sake of margins, why they're working on Critical pricing of their components, which can bring them into a Huge mess, about their name & fame.

This is what i am hearing

Honda ZX (Second Generation) recalled for replacing faulty Power Window Switch not all just those which were manufactured in 2007- 2008


A total of 42,672 units of the Honda City (2nd generation) are being recalled. They would have been manufactured in the year 2007 and 2008.
