librankur 39 Report post Posted May 15, 2012 @jithesh I am considering buying a small hatch and have shortlisted the FIGO and the POLO (because of the current discount on the vehicles , both base petrol variants for commercial purpose ) You own a FIGO but a top end diesel one , do you have any insight about the lower specked petrol version. dr_nishu 198 Report post Posted May 25, 2012 Breaking News Swift DZire's waiting period gets reduced: DZire LDi: Readily Available. DZire VDi: 1 week-4/5 months(depending upon colour). DZire ZDi: 6-7 months. All Z-variants(ZXi/ZDi) have larger waiting period, due to; -Limited production(as compared to basic L & V variants). -Limited supply of some Hi-Tech Critical components, like ABS-BCU, Airbags, etc as these all are Imported units. nikvint 1 Report post Posted May 26, 2012 Swift is also available, upfront without any premium as far as Ldi, Vdi are concerned. Ertiga Petrol available upfront in few colours, except Zxi. All the best.
dr_nishu 198 Report post Posted May 26, 2012 Don't know what is happening over here !! Waiting period kings(Swift, Dzire, Innova, etc) are now easily available within few weeks to few months of waiting period. Is the Recent 1-2 consecutive price rise are the reason behind this or does Diesel car sales have reached at their Saturation level !
Amish993 8 Report post Posted April 13, 2013 Dr.Nishu, that is probably the aftermath of Amaze's launch, they are so feared just by this first Honda diesel, I dont how would they strategize further when Amaze proves to be a huge hit like Dzire.
