No idea about this thing , looks like some kind of an access to the roof conceled gadgetry.The panel its on looks particularly thick. Does it flip down ,scoop out or something ? librankur 39 Report post Posted February 10, 2013 Coat hanger , No way . For it to be one it needs to be positioned bang in the middle , with enough elbow room. For one instance lets assume it to be a coat hanger , then what does one do with the one on the right in the second photo of the initial post, what will you hand there your socks i guess.
