Rapper72
Spotted this Eicher Truck in Pune today. Seems like new trucks wont throw exhaust directly on our legs!
AMG1
Nice catch as always. Looks too good for an Eicher though. To my understanding, this looks like a MAN or Scania offering.
Rapper72
Yea, same thought!! I even think this maybe the Beiqi Foton. http://lh3.ggpht.com/_QX2MxK3U-2Y/S8Noqeo-LFI/AAAAAAAAA5o/iTevkaeT70I/Beiqi%20Foton%20Trucks.jpg But differences are visible... librankur
The SNORKEL,vertical exhaust should be the norm of the day. Just facing it downwards will not to blow the hot noxious gas well away from people , i mean the ones with a hinged metal flap at the top. BHP-junkie
Nice truck for Eicher. Our automobile industry is growing rapidly but something is still missing. As we all know, safety is an issue here. In the western countries, trucks have enormous tech features and gadgets to provide comfort and all. But here, just four wheels with engine Take an example of Nano- Tata was thinking to launch it in the european countries, but its not according to the country's safety norms. So, they will redeisn it from tip to top to make it safe. In some other countries, ABS is a mimimum standard for all car companies I mean, Safety is the least concern here in India. CarCrazyASTL
Unlike Tata Prima or Mahindra Navistar, this one looks very MANly & will definitely attract truckers!
Amish993
Manly and butch, me too would agree that for sure. Eicher always have been choice for small transportation and their bigger trucks have supposedly failed mainly owing to a mindset admist truckers that Eichers are light and small. AMG1
Well it could be that the new truck-maker might be using Eicher mudflaps to mis-guide the media? Just my two cents
