PrancingHorse
Sai Service has independently developed and launched its own free mobile application across platforms that its customers can download from their respective app stores. This first of its kind app is currently mapped for Sai Service Mumbai dealers only in the first phase and will help the dealership connect better with its customers. The mobile application will streamline the after sales service experience by enabling them to make service appointments, providing feedback, inquiring about new vehicles as well as finance and insurance related information of their current car through a swift and easy process. The interface is straight forward and well laid out with some useful features such as an SOS call and a torch which might come in handy in case of a break down. I feel this is a fantastic initiative by a dealer. Hope to see it spread across other cities as well. Here is what the app looks like.

librankur
Smart move by a smart dealer , will give his clients a never before service experience (pre and post). i know of car dealers who offer such service , (service booking) from a website but he has taken it to the next level keeping with the times. I am sure this dealership is managed by young individuals ,who gave a go ahead to this mobile application project .
neerajd
While I haven't heard great positives for this service center in Pune, this is a very smart and a customer centric move. Probably something missing is a Service History - would prove as a quick guide to schedule servicing for the customer.
