Render Pics: Datsun Go sedan. What do you think? EDIT: MPV rendering added

Recommended Posts

The Datsun rebirth has been hot news and the first hatch will go on sale in 2014. And already we have a render pics of a Go sedan. Though not official, this could be a possibility and I feel it looks quite nice. If it does see the light of day it should go head to head with the Amaze and the Dzire.

Looks good for a sub 4 meter sedan version of the Go. The rear reminds partly of the Dezire (tail lamps) and partly of the Verito boot (crease on the boot lid incorporating the Datsun logo). A very good render indeed.

Seriously the looks are far more better than maruti D zire..It is compact sedan, but not so compact as d zire from rear !! ;)

the car can be a good option as an entry to the sedan segment. Anyways still lot to go as we need to check the response that Datsun Go hatchback receive from the market.

Wow. that's a great execution of the design, the way hatchback is designed. I know this is rendering developed from hatchback GO with same elements but the way the theme can be executed into sedan is great. The swept-forward tail lamps just gels well with the sedan theme. The Optra-like squarish American rear canbe the best theme for it & first for the segment. What it needs is compact new-gen1.2 or 1.3 refined diesel engine which can give Renault-Nissan-Datsun access to the entry level segments.
